The least popular man in Canada becomes a Jeopardy! answer
And responds by vowing to win popularity contest

OTTAWA – Last night on Jeopardy!, Jen Feldman was surprised at what he saw when she selected “Delusional World Leaders” for $800.
The clue was, “Universally disliked yet exceedingly confident.”
She responded, “Who is Justin Trudeau?”
“It was the easiest $800 I’ve ever earned,” the high school teacher from Brooklyn, New York said.
Answering the clue correctly helped Feldman become the new Jeopardy! champion, with total winnings of $13,800.
While she is a gifted contestant whose knowledge of world trivia is greater than that of the average person, she felt it was “a softball clue.”
Jeopardy! host Ken Jennings acknowledged as much after the episode aired.
“The Trudeau question was supposed to be worth $200 because it was the easiest in the Delusional World Leaders category, but a computer glitch caused the order of the clues to appear out of order,” he said.
When asked why a question about a Canadian political leader on an American-made television game show was meant to win the least money on the board, Jeopardy! executive producer Michael Davies said the unpopularity of the Canadian Prime Minister is universal.
“Although the clue was about a Canadian political leader – one of the most obscure subject matters on the planet – Justin Trudeau is so greatly despised that it is now general knowledge to people the world over.”

A new Ipsos Poll published Monday supports Davies’ claim.
Trudeau’s popularity hit historic new lows as only 26 per cent of Canadians think he is the party leader who would be the “best prime minister of Canada,” lagging far behind his chief rival, Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre, who was the choice of 45 per cent of respondents.
According to Andrew Coyne, a political commentator for the Globe & Mail, the Ipsos Poll results show that Trudeau’s political career is on life support and barely holding on.
“A dweeb who cosplays as a CSI-era David Caruso holds a nearly 20-point lead over the Prime Minister. It’s downright embarrassing. If the Liberals have any hope of being competitive in the next election, they should seek medical assistance in dying to end his floundering leadership,” Coyne said.
Confirming the accuracy of the opinion polls, Trudeau’s Liberals were trounced at the ballot box in two federal byelections this week.
The Liberal stronghold riding of LaSalle-Émard-Verdun was lost to the Bloc Québecois, marking the first time in history the separatist party have won this Montréal-area seat. In 2021, the Liberals won the riding by over 10,000 votes.
In the nation’s other byelection, the Liberals came a very distant third with a mere 5 per cent of the vote in the Manitoba riding of Elmwood-Transcona.
Despite the dismal results, Trudeau remains confident he can lead the Liberals to victory in the next federal election.
Speaking to Montréal radio station CJAD 800, Trudeau disappointed his party and the entire nation when he firmly stated, “I’m not going anywhere.”
The polls, byelection results, and Trudeau’s own actions and comments prove the producers of Jeopardy! always get their facts straight.
